Friendly and cordial owner/manager was on site. For the things that were questionable, she definitely spoke up and most often tried to resolve. The salon took walk-ins. The receptionist, while clearly in training, was immensely efficient and friendly and took coaching well when needed. That said, this is a very young and new staff. There needed to be a *lot* of coaching. There were nuances missed like not knowing to/how to pair colors between a polish and powder dip. This wasted my time. There were less nuanced misses, however, like diagonal filing, messy dip application, electric file on my cuticles attempted, a lack of knowledge how to apply paraffin, or taking care to remove stray polish or remove toe separators. I got my nails done with Anna and had a great experience! The salon is clean, the stuff is friendly, and my nails came out perfect. Highly recommend everyone does an amazing job!

I’ve been doing my nails on this salon for a long time. And I can say for sure it’s been improving every time. The new management makes customer service greater. I love how my nails are done by Ana. They are super friendly and open to help you to decide and patient to meet your wishes and leave super satisfied.

In the area for Thanksgiving and stopped here on Wednesday to get a pedicure and manicure with an appointment and my husband as a walk in. Great service and accommodation for me as I am 27 weeks pregnant. Very sweet nail techs! Loved my nails 💅 I got builder gel and pedicure massage service.
