Velvet Nail Bar Oviedo

It was our first time at Velvet Nail Bar. I took 8 year old daughter for a Pedicure and Manicure. Tree did my pedicure and he did a great job, and Runa did my daughter's mail and pedicure while she was next to me. They served a complimentary drink for each of us. The Salon was gorgeous and clean. Tons of polish colors to choose from. We will definitely be back!

I just got the gel mani and pedi from Ryan. Ryan is an amazing nail tech who is super professional, patient, and detail-oriented. He really listens to what you want and makes sure everything is perfect before finishing. My nails came out clean and exactly how I imagined. The shaping was on point, and the whole experience felt comfortable and relaxing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. Highly recommend Ryan if you want quality nails that actually last!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now but after my last visit, I’m not coming back. I’ve had nice experiences with a least one technician but some of the others can be pretty rude and inattentive. They are extremely overpriced with fluctuating prices. Every time I’ve come, the price is different even though I’m getting the same services. You can get better quality and better service for less money somewhere else. I spent close to $100 for a gel polish change and pedicure. No tips, no designs, no acrylic, just gel on my natural nail. $82 for this quality and service is ridiculous. Ruby is a wizard yet again!! I’ve reviewed this place before but doubling down on what an amazing experience I had. I showed my artist a compilation of images I found, some were generated, and I told her, “I understand if you can’t make it happen I just love this color palette” and she delivered above and beyond what I had anticipated. If you want something unique, go to Ruby!!! These are for my husband’s graduation from bootcamp and I could not be more in love with them! She has a better picture to post on her instagram, but as usual the entire process was fantastic. There is every tool and color you could think of for whatever design you’re going for. I went here today and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and did a really nice job. It was also a nice touch that they offered me a drink. However, the lady who did my full set manicure was rushing the entire time. She made my pointer nail crooked. I mentioned that it looked off, but she didn’t put much effort into fixing it and just told me to relax my hand so she could do her job. I don’t get my nails done often, so the speed and the way everything was handled gave me a lot of anxiety. Honestly, I just wanted to leave. I also picked one color for both my pedicure and manicure.
