I have gotten my hair done by so many different hairdresser, but I have never had a hairdresser that I both liked personally and loved the way they did my hair. Dawn is so friendly and great at what she does. I love my hair now more than I ever have. Dawn has made me feel so beautiful! I love the fullness that my 22” extensions add to my hair and yet people have no idea I have extensions because they blend so well!

Dawn has been highlighting my blonde for over 10+ years. She is methodical and thoughtful as she performs her hair magic! Velvet Muse is always tidy and very clean!

Gabby reads the client as she listens carefully to what you’re looking for but also what would work. She’s all about the conversation of what you are looking to do and how you want to feel which will make you lock in to being a loyal client… as I’ve been for over 5 years. A true gem.

I've been going to Dawn for about 3 years now. I had moved and left my hairstylist of over 25 years. I didn't think I would find someone so quickly. Dawn has such incredible expertise and experience in hair cut, color and style. I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and stylish. She is a very sweet person and easy to talk to. And her new salon is so cute and trendy! Definitely check her out at Velvet Muse in Loomis, CA.

This is by far the best salon I’ve been to!!! I absolutely love Dawn and have been seeing her for years. I love her so much I live in Lake Tahoe and come down every 6 weeks just for her. She has continuously kept up to date with new styles, cuts, and colors. She also teaches classes for new stylists. She cares so much about her clients and doing everything to make them walk out of her salon happy and with a smile. I would recommend this salon 12/10 every time.
