I was completely shocked by this place. I think she does good eyebrows and does a great job. I usually only get my eyebrows done and my lip occasionally just because it hurts so bad! When I sat there, she asked to rudely did you pluck your eyebrows with tweezers I answered yeah just stray ones and she rudely told me.” I told you not to do that before” Which I understand, she may have not told me, but I just thought that snap and comment was a little rude. Then she went on to ask me if I wanted a lip service I had said no and she said it’s OK. There’s only a little bit I should’ve known to ask if that would’ve been a charge, but I just thought since I had already previously said no there wouldn’t be a charge when I was finally finished. I had an amazing experience at this salon! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The threading was quick, precise, and almost painless, which I really appreciated. My eyebrows have never looked this clean and well-shaped – they paid great attention to detail. The salon itself was clean and inviting, and they clearly prioritize hygiene. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular threading. Bhavna shaped my eyebrows perfectly; she’s clearly an experienced professional with a great eye for detail. The salon itself is brand new, spotless, and has a welcoming, modern vibe.
