I have had my nails done by Huong for years. She’s the best! I just started going to Giana for shampoo and blow dry. She does such a great job. I was so happy with the way my hair looked and felt. Giana is wonderful too!

Unprofessional customer service. The Caucasian brunette with a curly wavy hair style in the front desk failed to update me several times for the unavailability of the person I’m supposed to see for consultation. No respect for people’s time. Hands you off to someone else upon showing up. Don’t change things up last minute without consulting your customer first. Also, failed to apologize first for the change, and expected customer to just go with the last minute decision change. Waste of time planning my day to get there on time and they change things up on you last minute instead of calling you to ask. Great experience with Alexis! Did partial highlights and cut. She hit the mark. She was nurturing and caring about what I want... took her time and communicated along the way. Made another appointment for eight weeks out. Highly recommend!

I visited Veda yesterday for the first time and Bree did my microneedling. Im always wary to go to Salons, as I have had poor experiences in the past. Veda is laid back, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Its a very relaxing atmosphere. Bree did an amazing job, she explained the process, and gave clear aftercare instructions. I left feeling pampered and relaxed.

Jenny was amazing! I wasn't sure what I wanted, but she listened and came up with the cutest cut I could have ever dreamed of. Along with being so creative, she definitiely is an expert with hair and was nice and fun to talk to!
