All my braids have been shedding and failing out. I got human hair and she did not know how to work with this hair. I sat 12 hrs to get my hair done for it to unraveled 3 wks later. I've call and been by there several times but no return call. Would not recommend if your using human hair

This is the second time I’ve came to purchase hair items before 8pm, and they’re closed. If you are not going to be open when you say on google, CHANGE YOUR HOURS. This is very misleading and now you have lost a potential customer for good, and now have a bad review by someone. Unfortunately, I’m sure you’ve lost lots of business because of this MINOR issue. But it becomes a MAJOR issue when you constantly have people not only wasting their time coming to your store, BUT also wasting money on gas! This is absolutely sad and by far ridiculous. If this isn’t changed in the next coming weeks I will be making a report to the better business bureau. I am absolutely upset.
