Tanya, the medical aesthetician, is incredibly knowledgeable and intentional in her care. She takes time to study your skin, ask questions, and recommend what is genuinely best for you, even when it is not what you originally planned. That honesty builds trust. Palma at the front desk is just as essential to the experience. He is hospitable, organized, and keeps everything running smoothly while warmly welcoming clients the moment they walk in. I started going when the flatbush branch first opened, and I am so grateful I did. I discovered I had large hard papules under my skin that were not visible but were very noticeable to the touch. Tanya worked incredibly hard and managed to get rid of about 99% of them. My skin texture, glow and hydration have improved so much since I began seeing her. She truly does an excellent job. Both her and Palmer are extremely professional and work beautifully as a team. Ever visit is a great experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care, the service, and the results.
