Johny and Alex are amazing hair stylists. I live in the SF Bay Area and came home to visit my parents. My mom has been going to Vasquez Salon for years and raving about how great they are in their craft. I decided to get my two sons cuts (3 and 9yrs) and they were so good with the boys and gave them modern cuts that were so cute. Personally, I always wanted to try a Brazilian blowout. I saw that they did them and asked about the process, they explained every step in detail and how long it would last (which is months to my surprise). It was also half the cost it would be in California. They suggested the Beox, Kara Coffee (vegan) blowout for me. I decided to do it and I am amazed with the results. I have combination thick and thin, curly and straight hair- it used to take me forever to dry

My 7 gals and I went inside for a haircut for a wedding during the week. At first, I was concerned if they would get us done on time before they close. One hair stylist and the other doing the haircuts. I shouldn't have worried at all. These guys took their time handling us with care. We all had a great time talking, laughing and eating lol. They offered me pan dulce while I'm waiting too. The friends they make from customers love to bring them food. Shows how much they care for everyone that comes in. I'm impressed for how professional, friendly and clean their place is. They have won 7 new customers.Thank you guys again for the lovely experience. We will come again

Johnny and Alex gave me an absolutely beautiful cut today! I have 3A hair and they knew EXACTLY how to care for it! They washed it, went through and coiled my curls, AND diffused! They taught me a lot about my curl pattern and how to deal with it at home. Definitely will be returning for another haircut as soon as possible!

🚨When you are new to an area (as I am) it is a daunting task to find good hair care. It takes time, patience, and money. I realize that. My first stop was Google Reviews. I looked to find highly rated professionals in the area. I came across Vasquez Salon.  The reviews looked good, so I decided to chance it. I went to Johnny to get my haircut and toned. I showed him photos of exactly what color I wanted, and he agreed to do it. I asked for some color to be added to the bleached ends to match the warm brown hair closer to my roots. After toning my hair for 15 minutes, he showed me the results. He had darkened my hair so much that it was exactly my natural hair color, which is a dark, dirty blonde – and it was monotone. I booked an appointment at 4am for 11am that same day & when I arrived no one was there. So I sent a Message on Facebook and promptly got a response with an apology that that had gone to attend at class out of town & spur of the moment fit me in at 2pm that day, which I was 100% okay with because based off of previous reviews and photos, I knew that I really wanted Johny to do my hair. When I got there johny & Alex were extremely welcoming, professional & catering. They wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted. Which I did. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. These guys are two of the absolute best people I’ve met. Give ‘em a shot, you won’t regret it.
