VANNA NEW NAIL SPA INC

I visited this location in early September 2022. Once I entered the store I was greeted. I needed to get a pedicure and this shop accepts card. There is a fee for using card. Lee did my pedicure and he was absolutely great from beginning to end. I even noticed the lady who was sitting beside me getting a pedicure was a bit frustrated with her lady and kept instructing her to do like Lee was doing. The shop wasn’t crowded as I was getting my pedicure done. However, as I was drying it began to get crowded. The store is accessible via public transportation.

Today was my first time getting my nails done at new Kim nails and I am very pleased. I showed Timmy a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that! I love my nails!!

Had my nails done by the lovely Lilly. She did an amazing job I have never been happier! I showed her what I wanted and she did the exact design! Very professional and great lines. Will be coming here from now on.

I did my brows here on Thursday morning and they were burning so much after. I didn’t notice anything because my eyebrows were extremely red. I thought it was because it was a fresh wax and the feeling will go away.. Like it usually does. That night when I showered, just rinsing my face with water was stinging really bad. The following day, the area was swollen and it would hurt making certain facial expressions. I had to put ice on it Friday night. Today is Sunday, 3 days later! I’ve been putting vitamin e on so I’m not left with a scar. The wax wasn’t that hot so I know it wasn’t the wax that burned me. It seems like she was ripping my skin by not properly stretching my skin while waxing. If you are not properly trained to do something, please do not use your customers as your guinea pig
