Edit: Went back in after I was offered a complimentary refill, and they look MUCH better! We couldn't fix the one eye 100% in the time we had, so I'll have to go back again, which isn't ideal, but so far a couple days later, at least the new lashes are staying on. 👍👍 Posted an updated pic. Edit 2: Went back in again. 5 days later and they're still looking great! I've gotten a lot of compliments. Emely really took care of me. 😊 Included a pic. Customer service, 5/5! Customer care and communication were above expectations. Emely asked multiple times if I was happy with my brows and gave me a chance to communicate towards the end about the shape I wanted. I appreciated the time she gave for that. Erica remembered me from 9 weeks ago which I didnt expect but because of her level of care she's able to treat my lashes as an individual and customize her approach which is spectacular

I asked a good friend for her “eyebrow lady’s” information, because I decided I’d finally go for it. This is how I found incredible Meghan! I reached out to Meghan, and told her my story. I was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer and I wanted my brows done so I don’t have to worry about them when I lose my hair during chemo. I decided this would help that process be less emotional and difficult for me. She responded quickly and said she would love to help me with this and got me right in, staying late to make sure I was able to get this done ( 1st chemo was in just a couple days, so it was a time crunch). Megan made me cry all night. Today August 12th I am going to Europe for my nephew’s wedding. Wanted to look my best, but ended up looking terrible and ashamed of my “new” appearance. I explained to Megan several times that I want light eyebrows, almost the same color that I naturally have, but just make the color little bit more solid. I asked if she can do it and if she can’t, it’s ok. I will not do it then. Megan said she knows what to do and as a result I am having the the darkest eyebrows ever. Looking terrible. Feeling terrible. Come to the salon today and she even didn’t excuse, she said it’s misunderstensing. Unprofessional, rood, bad. Bellow I am before Megan work and after.
