Horrible experience. After waiting more than a week for a shipment, it doesn't arrive, and they warn you it'll be delayed for another week. They say orders are delivered quickly and notify you of any delays, even letting me know the delivery date at the last minute! When I file a complaint about how disappointed I am with the site and shipping, they respond with bad language. I don't know what the product is like because it hasn't arrived yet, but the employees who answer complaints don't know how to deal with the public.

I went inside the store looking for water wave hair to add to my box braids. The lady cashier was on her phone talking the whole time. I walked down every isle except the wig isle. Their was baskets of hair on the floor. In the isle my son almost fell over the rubber bands or bobby pins in the middle isle where the cashier was. I found what I was looking for in a huge cart that read 60% off. I bought an Louis Vuitton duffle bag a nose ring and some earrings. I had like 6 packs of hair from that 60% chart near the front door. She rang it up at full price and I proceeded to tell her I got it from that cart in the front that says 60% off. She then explained to me the hd had a 15% tag. On it. I told her I didn't want it. Then she offered me 40% off. I told her no. I felt it was false advertisi

The lady behind the desk ignored us and then when I asked a question, she acted like we were bothering her. Rude. The lady with the freckles.

Very helpful, I hate they didn't have tea tree oil I was looking for, but for the most part, I did like the whole entire set up here and everything was well organized. It's located next to family dollar and I like that a lot too and (if) you catch the bus there is a bus stop in front of the shopping center as well. I hope this helps someone ❤️ 💙 💜 💖
