Had to book with my friends at vanessa nails for my birthday 🥰 and they came through. Like every other time I’ve come in :) thank you so much for a beautiful set of nails. This is the most beautiful full set I’ve ever gotten. They’re so talented here. UGGGHHH. THANK YOU♥️♥️♥️

I really love how my nails turned out! I got exactly what I asked for (even better)! They were beautiful, and I received so many compliments. My nails held up pretty well overall; a few jewels came off, but the set still lasted a good while. I plan to come back again. My only concern is that cuticle care was overlooked, and I would prefer for that to be included without needing to ask. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Great experience, honored my appointment time with preferred nail tech. Pretty spot on with the inspiration photo I showed the salon. Only reason not five stars is I had to reshape some of the nails at home on the right hand because the nail points were off center.

I cried when I got home. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. They got started on my nails late. Then the man that sits by the door kept telling me to smile. I was perfectly fine until I got there. Jen started by filing my nails roughly as if she was annoyed. She asked me what color gel when I already told a different guy when I first got there. That guy said I never told him a color then when he remembered, he cut me off while I was trying to explain and he walked off. Cherry couldn’t file in a coffin shape. I had to keep walking her through it. Then she filed and buffed my nails so rough underneath my nail and split my skin open. I jumped. It burned badly. The two sets of acrylics I've gotten were not exactly what I wanted but not bad! One was ombré and came out dark green instead of black. The other she did sparkles without me knowing and I just wanted plain black. My cuticles have been cut TWICE and made it bleed both times. Not impressed by the removal process either which kinda hurt.
