Customer service is trash. Walk in, look right at you don’t say a word, don’t greet you or anything. Get to the register still no word, just ring up your stuff, tell you your total, that’s it. Did not ask if I found everything OK, did not say have a great day. Nothing. Even on the floor and no one asked if it was anything I need help finding. Basic customer service . Whole demeanor, as if they don’t want to be there. And this is several different occasions. I try to avoid this store, The couple times I have went was in a pinch. Definitely my last visit though.

Great selection of products for all hair types and reasonably priced. Three Cashiers were quickly checking out customers and the security guard remained by the entrance/exit, watching every patron like a hawk. There's an ample amount of parking spaces and the store is a decent size too. Customers have enough space to browse, without being in someone's way.

Horrible customer service, especially when you're spending money. There are so many other options for beauty supply stores, and this one isn't IT! We have better options! I won't be back.

This store has everything a girl needs when it comes down to lashes, nail polish, nail files, primer and acrylic liquid. Any time I need what I need, Value Beauty has it. They also have great customer service. I’m never disappointed when I go. Keep the selves stocked and the great customer service and you will have me as a life long customer!

Great friendly gentlemen there is always someone who answers the phone, quickly greets customers and there is one simple step to ensure they have the parts your seeking. This place has rebuilt starters and was only $75, for my 2003 Toyota Highlander 4 cylinder... there it was so strange about your feelings Iavel2ft
