Val’s Hairport

So, I made the mistake of using box color on my newly grown out hair. Oops! Yep, it was orange! I was referred to Marie and immediately reached out to tell her about my dilemma. She was nice enough not to laugh and fit me into her schedule. The spa is great, very inviting and entertaining. Marie did a fabulous job of fixing my botched hair! I feel beautiful again and to my delight, she took extra care to make sure my hair didn't get messed up in the process. Thank you Marie! I love my color and cut and you can't even tell it was orange. LOL!

Emily has impressed me with both her knowledge and abilities. I have multiple daughters who also see her and have all different hair types and textures, in addition to her cutting and coloring my mom’s hair. She manages to make us all look beautiful and give us exactly what we want.

I have been seeing my stylist, Marie for a few years, and she never fails to provide a stellar cut/color/style for me. I have gone from very long hair to short in those years, and have never had as many compliments as I have received under her care! Let's be clear; I have seen stylists all over the world, all at different price points. She is simply the BEST. I hope she never leaves because she's my stylist for life!

Val's Hairport has been my go-to for the best men's cut in Goldsboro for the last 4 years... And yes, I shopped around! I have visited Marie every two weeks since Fall of 2021 and if I could do it over again, I'd make the same decision! Never once a bad fade, never once a boring conversation, never once a disappointing experience with her or anyone else in the salon. I showed Val a couple of pictures to give her an idea on what I like and explained what was important to me as far as time to spend fixing my hair. She listen, asked questions and boy did she do a great hair cut and perm. I got the volume I needed without having to spend forever for the upkeep. She took off 11 inches of hair and Bam...I feel like a new person. Thank you Val.
