Valet Parking Authority

Don't use there valet parking! They are scammers! They pre stamp your ticket and overcharge. Yesterday I attended a dinner at Ocean prime and used their valet parking. I arrived to the dinner late after some of the guests at dinner. After dinner we went to valet and I was charged $40 while a guest that was there 30 minutes before I arrived at the dinner was charged $28. Alex "the supervisor" ignored me, refused to listen or refund my money. As a "supervisor" he lacked all customer service

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, I used the valet service through the SilverSmith Hotel. Unfortunately, the valet hit a pothole or median on North Michigan Ave., causing my tire to fall off. When I spoke to the manager, I was told that the valet driver was not at fault and that I should go through my personal insurance to cover the damage. I then asked for the valet company’s insurance details, but the manager refused to provide any information. I strongly advise against using this valet service. They caused damage to my car and left me to deal with the consequences. No company or individual should risk their vehicle with this valet service.

This company is by far one of thee worst valet service companies. This company damaged my vehicle and is very aware and refuses to pay for damages. The GM Manuel has not a once of integrity or takes responsibility for his wreck-less drivers. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMAPNY.

I see so many negative reviews on this business and shots at the employees and owner about lies and dishonesty and so on and so forth. People use these reviews to vent and share such negativity and don't realize that small businesses truly depend on reviews for survival, but instead use them as self-serving venting platforms in a way that may/may not be one sided or true. I have been compelled to review this business (Manuel the owner) as the absolute opposite of these negative remarks in my experience. One of his employees accidently hit me in a company vehicle on a very busy street in a very busy situation downtown Chicago. This valet company crashed my car to the tune of 20k in damages. They offered almost zero assistance in getting home to Michigan from Chicago and have openly told me that I do not need to rent a Ford Expedition even though this is what I drive and they destroyed. Unethical company.
