Ray has been a gem these last couple years! Everyone loves his work - especially the wife (she goes there too)! Always grows out exactly as planned/cut. Great work.

It has been well over 10 years since I’ve been to a hair salon to get my natural hair done. I have taken it upon myself to do my own hair because I have not been satisfied paying someone for my hair care services and not being satisfied with the outcome. I’ve been observant over the years looking at other ladies hair who’ve gone to other salons to get their hair done. Many of the ladies hair was nice, but I still was nervous and not completely trusting to use their hairstylist. I seen my niece a month ago. She had her 4c natural hair out from her protective style. Her hair looked amazing!!! Valerie washed, trimmed, and silk pressed my niece’s hair. When you're in Valerie's hair salon, she makes you feel at home. I may have been to her about 3 or 4 times ( my job was so demanding, it was hard making an appointment and keeping it) and every time I went, she knows exactly how I want my hair. A Couple of days ago I had her put a jheri curl in my hair; and again, she knows exactly how I wanted it. Valerie is a blessing!! 💖 Valerie is very professional, courteous, respectful, I always go to her for a gorgeous style.

It was great. I go to a stylist there. He started working at Valerie's for about 2 years. His name is Ray Rivera and I have followed him for about 20 years. He is experienced in cutting all types of hair, coloring, highlights, lowlights, etc.
