Valerie the owner was amazing - super friendly and o was just a regular person strolling into her shop. She has high profile customers - I am not one. She made me feel like the center of her universe and her product line high quality. I will never forget Valerie and her kindness . - and also love her eye brow shaping products.

Both times I have visited Valerie's for eyebrow shaping I walk out feeling like a new woman and always receive conpliments on my brows, she can shape up even the most sparse brows. I have seen both Valerie and Shauna and loved the result from both. Valerie is so delightful, professional and inviting. I also love her makeup line and am so excited to visit her new location which will include more services (facials, i.e.). Valerie's is an absolute gem in LA!
