I can’t recommend her enough! After a bad bleach job I did myself, she truly saved my hair. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process, constantly explaining what she was doing and why. That comfort meant so much after such a stressful experience. Not only did she make me feel at ease, but the results were amazing — my hair looks healthy and beautiful again. I’m beyond happy and so grateful I trusted her with my hair!

I have never done review, I met Reina in corona, I drive to her at Valentina hair salon for 45 min, I always love love results I get in the salon I did my coloring, my haircuts, my highlights, and my Brazilian blowout, I highly recommend this salon Ive known Reina over 25 years. Also she’s been doing my hair over 25 years .Love her group of ladies they’re all really friendly. I trust everyone in the salon with my hair.

I wouldn’t even leave a star. Reyna did my hair, I asked for a regular blowout and she told me “your hair is too thick” my biggest problem was putting direct heat on my curls. I paid for a blowout and she used a curling iron just for it to come out 5 min after. She’s very unprofessional. Speaking bad about her past coworkers & sharing their personal business. If I wanted tea time I could’ve gone to my home girl’s. Not only did I NOT get what I paid for, but she wasted my time and she was unprofessional. I tried calling for a refund and she locked her shop up as soon as I left. Not to mention the way she kept leaving my hair to text. The service was terrible. I’m still waiting on that refund ! Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I should have read the negative reviews before wasting my time and money. My hair was cut completely uneven, and when I expressed my concerns, she spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. Someone in customer service should know how to handle disagreements respectfully, but she clearly does not. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this salon.

I love going to Valentina Hair Salon! All of the stylist are super knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing! Sonia is awesome and always leaves my hair looking better than before, while keeping it super healthy!
