VA Nails

Let this be your sign to stop going to these chain nail salons ‼️‼️ So i was told i couldn’t come back to V.A. Nails today in South Hill because I asked for a refund on my nails that I had just got done 8 days ago after finding this under my nails. Mine you the same girl did my last 2 fills.. I told her I had some nails lifting… and this is the result of her not properly going thru the steps of providing me with a fillin … I asked for a refund or to be equally compensated for the money I had to lose since now I have to remove my nails to clear up the INFECTION!!!!! They offered me a 20 dollar gift card and when I asked again for a refund of what I spent I was told to leave and not come back. Crazy I got put out for them messing my nails up. Do what y’all want with this but y’all be careful

It gets very crowded in the facility so I arrived just in the nick of time.. I had a great nail tech named Tina, took her name so that way I can have her all the time, and my nails came out very good I was satisfied with the services.

My manicure was complete in 15 minutes. In 21 minutes my bill was paid and all done. I was never asked to wash my hands. Asked me to pick out color while filing my nails over the open book of nail samples . The manicure consisted of shaping up nails and a gel polish. No cuticle care. The polish application was sloppy and patchy. The salon was dirty. The nail tech station and tools were dirty. I give one star as the shape of my nails were filed nicely. I will not return to VA Nail Salon.

Been going here a couple of times to get my nails done, prices now are too expensive never stay the same and after only 4 days 2 nails came off. Didn't even do my nails the right way and if you go back for a refund they say it's your fault. Laugh and talk about customer's in their own language never again nope.
