V2 Nail & Spa

I’ve been coming to V2 Nail Spa since 2018, and while I’ve tried many other salons in the area, nothing compares to the quality and care Tina puts into her clients. She’s consistently gentle, attentive, and detail-oriented. I’ll continue to support her.

I have been here plenty of times and never had an issue. Went on Friday to get GelX which I have had done in the past by Wendy so many times with no problem. Friday someone else did them, the next day two fell off and I went back today to get them fixed the girl rushed, put and took off the nail twice kept filing down my nail down and had horrible attitude talking about to it to the other workers in her language. She was rushing and did a horrible job. Left nail polish on my hand

I LOVE V2!!!! I have been coming here for almost a decade! They are the best in Bay Ridge. ESPECIALLY WENDY!!!🩷

Terrible Terrible place. They did horrible job and all they kept pointing out where the tips are they getting They don’t care about the quality, just to rush it and giggle with each other when they look at you

Took my niece here by chance for her birthday to get her nails done. It was my first visit, and my last. Pros: Space is clean and spacious, well-lit, and the manicure was nice. Cons: The older lady who did her nails put me off from the moment I stepped into the nail salon to be honest, maybe because I didn't want to get my nails done too, or perhaps she was having a bad day? She made a remark when I signed my receipt that I did not appreciate. She did interact a bit with my niece, though. All in all, service can be better, but I will stick to other nail salons in the area that offer a more positive customer service experience.
