V Y Nails

Normally they do a very good job but not last night. Did not get what I asked and I’m so disappointed. Staff is generally friendly but was rude and grouchy. Don’t know if I will be returning and I’ve been a long time customer. First pic what I asked for vs what I got. FAIL!!!

This place has gone down hill. They normally are great and are normally my go to place. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour, and they just now started my nails. They got my nail part on and one shaped, then the nail lady got up and walked off and I’ve been sitting here for another ten minutes. I’m going to be here for another 45 minutes for her to finish. This is ridiculous. I’m very upset. I will not be back

It was very bad experience, first of all I booked my appointment and next day I showed up on time they didn’t know who iam or what service I want , I’ve been sitting and waiting waiting ,after that the lady wanted to force me to do gel on my nails I said no she started my pedicure it’s was the worst it’s not organized and she wanted to finish so fast I done with that than I started manicure the lady was good( KIM) but bad results, I came home and I removed the nail polish I saw my nails like old witch so ugly I could do better at home but i was looking for something professional and she didn’t massage my hand's will never go back there again, not recommended .

Nancy is amazing! She has always done a awesome job, no matter what I ask for. My first and only choice of nail salons in wichita falls!

Came to V Y Nails, a referral from one of the girls at sports clips and wasn’t disappointed. They were a little busy but not to busy to attend to me and got me seated quickly. I ended up getting the lavender pedicure and it sure felt good, getting pampered sure does feel nice. The only thing I don’t like it the strong smell of nail polish and nail hardeners, it makes it difficult to breathe and get use too. I wish there was some kind of law where they had to have some kind of ventilation.
