most awful service i have ever had at this place!!! got an eyebrow wax today which went horribly. the eyebrows look different and are not what i asked for. i’ve been here several times and they usually do a good job but i guess they just let anybody work here now. today, this lady did my wax and it turned out awful. i started crying in front of her and all she could say was sorry. wouldn’t give me a discount, or free service this time even though she clearly butchered my eyebrows. she said she could do it free next time but why would i let her touch my face again? please make it make sense. i’ve included a picture so if she’s there, just walk away and save your money!! i also included a picture of my eyebrows before with no makeup versus now. another customer in the shop even agreed that t

Absolutely horrible horrible horrible. Had been growing my brows out for 2 months only for her to gut them, thin them, and leave them uneven. I should have walk out when the lady before me complained. 1st and last time!!!! Ann st location (threading)

I went in to get my eyebrows wax. The staff was friendly & the atmosphere was nice. The lady who did my brows was very nice & professional. I will most definitely be going back.

Today was my first time here and I was pleased. The young lady greeted me and asked what was needed. I told her a full face wax and she took care of me gently. So professional she is!!! I told her I will be back.

First time here and I most say the lady that did my eyebrows and lashes is very nice. They came out both to be pretty. I will be back
