STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had such a disappointing experience at VT Nail for the second time. First, I showed them two nail designs I wanted and told them to pick whichever was easier. I also said that if they couldn’t do it, that was fine, I could go to another place. Out of five ladies there, none of them could do a simple red and black Ombre. They called over another technician, and I thought they must be calling their master. When she arrived, she acted stressed, confused, and clueless. I realized they weren’t confident but lacked the guts to admit they couldn't do any nail designs at all. I ended up asking for just a black polish. I have been VT Nails for 7 years. Chong is the best nail tech. He’s good nails and designs. He’s so friendly. The place is so clean, staffs are friendly and nice. I recommend you should come to VT Nails.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice so far and came in with TERRIBLE nails that were too thick. Vinny and another tech fixed my nails and they have been gorgeous! I originally wasn’t sure if I wanted to go here because of the reviews but took the chance and it was worth it. In the first picture I brung my own gems.

Do NOT go to Vinny. I asked before getting my nails done if they could re-create a picture of nail art that I showed them. They said yes, but as soon as he started he kept saying that they wouldn’t be able to do it because of the gel I had chosen so to use powder. I explained that was perfectly fine to use the powder instead but they just decided that no matter how much I tried explaining to them that it was OK they just would not. they couldn’t understand my demands and just continued on my nails doing what I didn’t want. I tried multiple times to correct him nicely but just began giving me an attitude. He rushed through My nails and they are uneven and still covered in excess acrylic underneath.
