V NAILS SPA

Go somewhere else, this place is terrible. The staff was not attentive at all. During my pedicure the lady was more interested in everything else going on in the place than what she was doing. She was filing my nails without looking because she was watching other people in the establishment. The wax treatment on my feet was done in plastic grocery bags. I was going to get a manicure too but the service was so bad, I opted out. I will look for another place in the future.

Do not recommend!! I had hoped to work the issues out with the salon before posting here. The owner finally responded and offered a new set at my own cost! I went in with the red nails. You can see how long they were and how long my natural nails were. He cut one nail down and asked if I liked the length. He didn’t get near my natural nail. I said yes. However, he messed up and cut the next hand WAY shorter. So he just started cutting more and more length off. I asked him three times during the set to stop taking length off. I had been growing my nails out underneath (pictured) to hopefully in another month or two, start getting dip or gel on them. I did not want my natural nails touched. He assured me they’d be fine. He did the fill. Then started filing even more off. He asked if I liked

ABSOLUTELY BEST NAIL SALON! Been coming here for years and Eric never disappoints my picky self! They have GREAT RELAXING pedicures, with 🔥techs that I swear went to massage school or something lol I come here with my 5yr old and she loves it! She just got her first Mani/Pedi combo with the foot soak yesterday and was so excited, they really made it a great experience. Thank you guys for always having the patience, taking the time, and providing the GREAT QUALITY, CLEAN and FRIENDLY environment for all of our experiences there with you! I am actually so devastated by this salon. I had errands to run today, so I tried a (new to me) nail salon here local. I had acrylic on my nails that had been there for 5 weeks. You can imagine the length of my natural nails under them. I get there, tell them I want a SOAK OFF and DIP POWDER. He does not soak my nails; instead, uses an acrylic nail to get under my nails to pop them off. Obviously hurting me. He kept looking at me when I’d flinch or jump because of the pain. I’ve never seen anyone be so LAZY and inconsiderate about taking off acrylic nails. The picture I posted is where he RUINED my natural nails (that I was planning on get dip done on since I had grown them out so much over 5 weeks) I’m distraught.
