V Nails and Spa--Beltsville (next to Panera Bread and near Aldi market)

My first time there and I did not like my nails at all! I went for a gel manicure because they had great reviews and great photos! But my nails were horrible when I left. The people were nice and the wait wasn't long for a walk-in. But I expected my nails to look great before leaving. They sent a text survey after I left asking about my experience. And the follow up was for me to call them to make it right. It's not the worst customer service but definitely not great either. The photos below of the black tips is how I left V Nail Spa and the red nail polish was me fixing what they had done on the same day. I personally wouldn't recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Currently Ivy does my nails. All I have to do is send her inspiration pictures and she goes above and beyond what I want for a reasonable price!

Ivy does my nails. Sometimes I send her a picture of what I want and let me just say that she does them better than the picture. Sometimes I let her do her own thing with my nails and let me just say that she knows what she is doing. If you don't like it, she will fix it. She always sends me a text reminding me of my appointment. Ivy is very kind, patient, and she is so nice.

I have been getting my nails done by IVY and she always makes me happy. I show her a picture and she makes it come true but better. She is so sweet and patient, she takes her time with your nails and makes sure they are done well to last a long time. She is very talented and works very good with her customers to make them happy. I recommend anyone that wants a beautiful nail set to ask for IVY she is great!

Oh yes!! I do reviews. I got my Nails done on Sunday and called Tony Monday because my nails started chipping. And he gives me a date of Thursday even though , I asked for Wednesday he said he was off. Ok no problem I’m almost sure I can’t make Thursday but I still say ok. Thursday comes of course can’t make it. So I call Friday and I know it’s busy but it I ALWAYS tip and always come there verses walk-in. You could add me in between customers. But he gives me the short end and I will the long of keeping my funds.
