I went into V nail and spa today because it is close to an appointment that I had and I figured I’d try it out. I asked for a classic pedicure, which should be named the express pedicure/paint change. It felt more like a paint change with some lotion. My nails were already trimmed. They stated that they would file them. (They never filed them to shape.) They did clean up the cuticles. The pumice stone scrubbing of my feet was maybe 20 seconds per foot. She painted my toenails before she applied the lotion & towel and “massaged” my feet. (No massage took place. It was rubbing the lotion in and very briefly.) I don’t usually write reviews, but Amy truly deserves the shoutout. She was incredibly detailed and took such thoughtful care of my nails, I left feeling so pampered. I only go for special occasions, but it was 100% worth it (and honestly, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality). I almost didn’t post this because I didn’t want it to get too crowded... but it doesn’t feel right to gatekeep something this good. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always very friendly, and they do a great job whether it’s dip or gel manicure. I have never been disappointed

I decided to try a new salon that someone recommended to me, so I thought I would try this salon. But I regret coming here. I let my daughter get dip tip nails and after only 13 days they started popping off. Two of them popped off in two days so I thought I would take her to the salon to see if they could fix those two for free and how I could still pay to get them filled. I saw the man who did her nails go outside so I went outside and asked him about it and then he started yelling at me and then went back into the salon. He told me that he could not even fix it if even they only lasted ONE WEEK!! He should think about what he said because he will only be losing customers. The salon overall is nice and all the ladies who work there are nicer. When I went to ladue nails and spa I got dip

Impossible to book an appointment. Maybe you guys have banned my number!?!?!? Lately, I LITERALLY NEVER get through on the phone……….. Either the phone goes directly to the auto message or it just rings & rings….. & I cannot book an appointment online….. I want to keep going to you guys, but I get the hint. I made my upcoming mani/pedi appointment with another nail business in nearby Webster Groves.
