V NAIL SALON / San Bernardino / Best Nail Salon IE

I been going to V Nails for a while now && I have to say I’m obsessed lol I’m a faithful customer to this salon. Like I always say Kevin is my man, & shorty 🩶 I can take any picture to Kevin & he will perfect it to a tee . . I can be a little picky & ask him to switch it up and put his own spin on whatever I’m generally looking for but I always leave impressed & happy with my nail sets! Cris & Peter are special to me too lol even tho they play too much 😂 but I always stay laughing while I’m In there ! I love them! You won’t be disappointed if you go to this spot! Promise you that! Also at my current job my customers will give me compliments on all my sets throughout the day! I will always recommend them to this salon! 💙💙💙

So I just left here and the manager (according to what he claims) gave me horrible customer service. The manager (guy in the black shirt) was doing a simple short French tip with a heart on one finger. He could not do the heart properly to save his life and that was very strange to me because as a manager, I would think that you would be able to do something so simple. Anyway, I repeatedly show him the inspiration picture below of nails and show him that his heart is off. He recommends a sticker heart, so he places it on my nail and it’s nearly transparent, you could barely see the heart and I wanted it white. He tells me if he can’t do it right, I’m going to have to get all French tip. I was semi irritated at that point because who wants to pay and not get what they ask for, especially s

I give this place 5 stars !!!! I’ve tried other places around and honestly none compare to this !! I love how my nails come out everytime ! I’m not even exaggerating when I say that they come out exactly how it looks on the picture I show them ! They’re all so very talented!! It’s such a great vibe going there ! I love the banter ! It’s not awkward like other places ! It’s such a whole vibe there !! Thanks again for your amazing work !!! Had a fun and relaxing time there today !! I love my nails so much !! This place is spectacular. Definitely the best nail salon in town. My nail tech name is Kevin, And he specializes in detail , And has an eye To make everything look exactly what you asked for. He is always very patient with me , And honestly, I love the experience of the nail salon because they’re extremely positive and family oriented . I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Once again i love my nails! They do an excellent job and atmosphere is cute!
