I love my experiences at VN Nails (soon to be Rainbow T Nails) both past and present! Since they have changed over management, Anna one of the new co-owners has been so wonderful in her artistry, hospitality, and overall kind demeanor. The last time I was in the spa she even fixed a client’s nail that had broken, free of charge. Her policy is that she will repair nails within two weeks of the service. I really felt like VN needed a positive shout out because every time I go, I’m treated with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Anna, and best of luck with your new venture.

A friend of mine told me about this place and since then I’ve been going here for almost a year now and everytime my nails are perfect! I’ve recommended this nail salon to my friends and family, they all love how their nails turn out. This time I showed a picture of what I wanted and I wanted a pinkish chrome and they gave me exactly what I wanted! I’m a long time customer and I plan on always coming back! I've been to this salon many times, and I love their service. Everyone there is very meticulous, and my nails last for three weeks.

I have been coming here since 2018. I used to love coming here-- I used to get powder and sometimes acrylic and it would be great quality. However, since the pandemic, the quality of my nails has not been great. I have gone to this salon several times in the past couple of months to get acrylic. The way they apply the acrylic is different from before, causing my nails to be thin. They overcharge for simple designs and each time I get the acrylics, they lift. I just got a full set last week and they are already lifting. Also, whenever I come in asking for a specific design, most of the time they cannot do it. They do not stay on top of new trends like stickers and 3D art. It is very upsetting, especially when you come into the salon with a specific design in mind. *The first three are my n

They are Inexperienced and Misleading Customers for Profit. They DO NoT know how to do Chrome, the Tech rubbing in powder with her Fingers instead of the brush, they have Chrome-Adjacent, it is Silver Polish DISGUISED AS CHROME, they Use CHEAP QUALITY POLISH and TRY TO FIX INEVITABLE INCONSISTENCIES AND ERRORS BY ADDING 8 MORE LAYERS OF POLISH, which LOOKS WORSE! This is my 3rd Issue, SAME ISSUES: (1) CHEAP POLISH; (2) INEXPERIENCED NAIK TECHS, PRACTICING ON PAYING CUSTOMERS AND WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT SKILLSET, from the OBVIOUS OBSERVATION, they LIE AND THEN MESS-UP YOUR NAILS, so that they CAN STILL CHARGE FOR SUBPAR WORK AND DESIGNS AND POLISH AND CHEAP SUPPLIES, and (3) THEY WILL APPLY 10 LAYERS OF POLISH, IN AN EFFORT TO STILL CHARGE $$ KNOWING IT IS SUBSTANDARD AND A DIRECT INSULT, PE
