I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had booked for a wig install and she glued the cap to my edges!! when i took it off, my baby hairs went with it. Also, Koni(the owner, my stylist) showed up late and when she did get there, she had people switching in between the chair and was doing multiple heads at a time. She started my hair late and didn’t finish till 5 hrs later because majority of the time she had me burning up under the dryer. I do not recommended booking, but if you do pay close attention to your hair and do not be scared to speak up!

The worst salon because Koni made my hair fall out and didnt want to give my money back just offered to wash my hair for once a week for 5 wks. I live far away. I can was my own hair. Just give me the products and my money back. She was so nasty to me that I'm never doing business with this company and neither should you. Find someone more respectable.

I’ve given Koni and her team MULTIPLE opportunities to have a loyal customer. But time and time again I am disappointed in the lack of organization or structure to the appointment system they have. I’ve had an appointment where they were doing someone’s hair for 45 minutes into MY scheduled time, then my appointment ran 3 hours versus the 1 1/2 hour it was expected to be. I’ve had an appointment where I was waiting outside the salon for 15 minutes, no one inside, and called Koni just to be told that she didn’t know she had a client, but that she had to stop by anyway and could do my hair. I was told she’d be there in 30 minutes but she got there an hour later. And then just this past Thursday I had an appointment to get started locs done on my hair for my birthday and I waited AN HOUR AN

Booked online via fresha app. Received a confirmation yesterday for my appointment. Get to salon and it is locked. I call and there's no answer, voicemail says to send a text. No response to text. Thanks for nothing now I won't have my hair done for my trip. yikes this is a first for me for a SALON to ghost me.

I’m very disappointed. I took my daughter here twice and it was a good experience. So I book for two appointments one for me and one for my daughter. Only to get there today and sit for almost 2 hours with no response. Is a problem. If u k know ur busy. Say that. Don’t nobody like to waste time and gas. That they will not get back. Smh just sad.
