I felt extremely safe and comfortable during my massage. Their spa was always immaculately cleaned, but it is even more so, if that is possible. The owners and staff and kind and friendly and I’ve been going to them for 20 years! All of them have years of experience and make you feel special and appreciated as their customer.

I’ve been a regular at Utopia for probably 2 years now. Their facials are awesome and Reagan knows exactly what my skin needs. I would highly recommend this spa! They do book up a few weeks in advance and if they don’t pick up on your first try, definitely leave them a message and they’ll call back.

I called Utopia Spa & Wellness Inc twice and left a voicemail over a week ago because I wanted to surprise my mother with a spa treatment for her birthday yestersay and I still have not received a call back. That's pretty bad customer service and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Always a great experience. Clean, timely, always trying to make sure you are getting desired services. Highly recommend.
