I had an amazing experience here. All of the staff were very nice and welcoming. Madison at the front desk did an amazing job with scheduling and checking me in for my piercing appointment. Everything went very smooth and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I called to schedule an appointment for piercings for my daughters and Tara answered the phone. We needed a time slot that accommodates multiple people for multiple piercings. She seemed very annoyed about this and was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I let her know that she didn’t need to speak with us the way she was and if she was having a bad morning she didn’t need to take it out on us. As paying customers why would anyone act the way they are having to book an appointment for a group? She continued to be rude, I asked if I could speak with the manager or someone above her and she said she is the manager and there was no one above her. I then said I was going to leave a review then, for which she then said the owner wasn’t there, I asked for the owners name and she said it was L

Worst ear piercing experience. It was an hour wait which was expected as I didn’t have an appointment. However, she laughed at me when I picked out my jewelry. When piercing she didn’t mark where she was going to pierce and show me before it was pierced. She didn’t not talk to me and shoved the needle in my ear without warning. No countdown, no “deep breath in.” As well she let me put a hoop earring in to start (I learned after that wasn’t the best idea) and it has slowed my healing process greatly.

THEY RUINED MY HAIR AND THEN CALLED ME TO SAY THEY WON'T FIX IT AND I AM NO LONGER WELCOME THERE BECAUSE I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. Don't go here unless you want to blow money, get your hair ruined! The first picture is of past highlights that I have gotten, and what I asked for again. The following pictures are what I ended up with. I am absolutely irate. My hair is ruined and I am embarrassed by it. Now to get it fixed my hair has to be bleached again and I don't even know how fixable it's going to be.

I just want to give praise to Amber who helped ease my worries with my Ashley piercing today!! She made me feel so much better, educated me, and then put new(better fitting) jewelry in for me. Thank you for taking the time to help me, Not everyone is kind in this world and it goes a long way ❤️ highly recommend!!
