The online booking system could be more user-friendly, but once I arrived at the salon, the experience was great. I was greeted very warmly by the staff, and then I met my stylist, Julissa Soto. It was my first time transitioning my hair from straight to curly, so I was a bit nervous, but Julissa was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the process and set realistic expectations. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the appointment. I absolutely loved the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and caring with curly hair!

Julissa did an amazing job on my 12-year-old daughter’s Rezo cut. She took her time explaining her curls and how to take care of them, which I really appreciated.
