USVN Nails

I have gone to USVN before and had good experiences but unfortunately this last time that was not the case. I got a pedicure and dip manicure which usually takes about two hours max. I was at the salon for over three and a half hours. When my nails were finished, I could see my nail through the dip which 1. Has never happened before and 2.the color I selected was dark enough and opaque that I should not be able to see through it. I didn’t want to complain because after all that time I needed to get home. My toe polish also chipped after a few days and typically even regular polish stays on at LEAST a week and a half. I want to go back because the staff is very kind and the prices are fantastic, but after my last experience I may have to try somewhere else:(

Amazing! I had wanted that pink faded acrylic set you see on instagram but I couldn’t find a picture so I explained the best I could and my tech did exactly that. I just think they look so great. The attention to detail is spectacular. Even when I go to get a regular manicure other places don’t put as much care into my nails as these women do. My tech was so great, i've never had such great care of underside of my nails and cuticle care. It’s rare that I get these and my sister and I regularly visit salons in our area but now i’ll be staying right here. The staff are so kind and helpful and we walked right in and were helped asap. This salon really set the bar for me.

such sweet and beautiful women work here! my first time in and they provided a lovely spa pedicure along with great sharp nails, even though i'm very picky. they stayed almost a full hour and a half after closing and fixed a couple nails i messed up while driving. loved the owner too! their prices are reasonable, red wine is GREAT and i'll definitely be coming back soon.

I came here first time and felt disappointed. I show my nail design and ask her can she do. She said yes but the result is shown in the picture. It is 65$. I think it’s very expensive for this style that I got.
