I had such a positive experience at this hair store. They were already closing and ringing out their last few customers when I realized I desperately needed another pack of hair. At first, they couldn’t let me in, but after I explained my situation—half my hair done and a flight the next day—they showed me so much kindness and let me in. I was so overwhelmed, and their generosity truly saved me. I’m very thankful for their understanding and customer care.

THIS IS WHAT I FOUND IN MY HAIR!!! A HUGE BETTLE WITH THE BODY IN ONE PLACE AND THE LEGS TANGLED UP IN A WHOLE OTHER PART OF THE HAIR. THIS STORE WAS UNWILLING TO REPLACE THE PACK OF HAIR FOR ME. Needless to say they will no longer receive my business and if you don’t want bugs as big as rodents in your hair I urge you to go elsewhere. I am highly disappointed in the customer service I received here today. I called before going in and explained the situation- the lady on the phone said okay , I will speak to my manager. Once I get there I’m told the manger will not be in until Monday? Discrepancies.. All in all it was very unprofessional and not in the best interest of business. And on top of all of that, they’re overpriced! I would reroute to US hair on Hamilton, across from the old Eastl

Usher offers an array of beauty supplies just as every other beauty supply in Columbus. Of course some items are higher priced than they should be, but the variety us good.

Nice place to go. The price is okay. The staff is friendly and let you shop without bugging you. This place has a lot of selection for hair, jewelry, makeup, and many more. They even carry a mask for a reasonable price. So much hair selection and hair products. My only downfall is hard to get in.

I just called several times and when they pick up they don’t speak. So weird. Why would u pick up and not speak while I keep saying hellloooo
