I had a good pedicure experience a couple of weeks ago, which made me want to come back for a manicure today, but I left extremely disappointed. It was rushed, like an assembly line..one person trimmed my nails, another filed them, and a third applied the polish. The application was messy, uneven and wavy with polish all over my skin and cuticles. When I pointed it out, the technician just said, “It’ll come off when you wash your hands.” It didn’t. She then soaked my hands in cuticle oil to try to remove cured gel off the skin .. even hours later, I still have it stuck to my skin. I plan to have it redone elsewhere tomorrow I won’t be returning.

My friend and I came here for manicures and pedicures. It was our first time here. We didn’t have to wait, they got us both right in and did our pedicures at the same time. The salon was clean. The pedicure was good and my nails turned out amazing. For 2 pedicures, a full set of nails and a basic manicure it cost $115. Everyone there was friendly. I plan on going back

If I could no stars I would but the place had extremely bad service the staff was rude their color selection was very little prices are unreasonable very dissatisfied

I usually come here every month to get gel done on my toes, but decided that I wanted to switch it up and a layover. The lady who did my toes did sloppy work and continue to get mad that I was correcting her and saying how I didn't like what she was doing. She stopped doing my toes and called her manager over there. They just let me leave without paying because of the work that was done,I hated it. He continued to tell me that no matter what so long I went to that, they wouldn't be able to do what I wanted. THIS WAS NOT TRUE I WENT TO E T'S NAILS ON HILLSBOROUGH.... They completed my layover and did a fresh set on my nails that I love... Because of that lady's attitude, I will not be returning.And they have lost a customer

I have been going to this salon for 16 years. They are amazing people. Great service and they greet you by name. The core techs have been there since I have been going. That says a lot about a business that keeps happy employees as well as happy customers. Recommend 1000%.
