USA Nails (New location)

I am not happy. I just moved to Conyers. I tried this salon. I asked for pink and white nails, a pedicure, and eyebrows to be done. First no matter how much I asked for pink and white gel powder nails I was told no, the Ombre would be better and look more natural. Second I asked for square round nails. My nails in no way look natural, they are completely square with razor sharp edges, and they are uneven and crooked. I will now have to pay someone else to remove these then get a new set done correctly. They didn't listen to the pedicure and waxing part as they went ahead and rang me up. I'd rather get that done somewhere that listens though. I will never ever go back. I spoke up several times and was disregarded. I ask for specific things because that is what I want. Let me start this off by saying I have no complaints on the fill in they did for me, the color and the quality of my nails are great and I have nothing negative to say in regards to that. But where my complaint comes in would be my eyebrows. When I came in Saturday morning, that is the first thing they did, wax my brows. I knew shortly after something was off but I just thought to myself “maybe it’s hurting because it’s been a little over three weeks since my last waxing.” Well, about 30 minutes in to my manicure and they are getting no better, just starting to hurt and burn worse, I had mentioned something to my nail tech and he was very concerned about it and got neosporne for me, the woman who waxed my eyebrows apologized and did not charge me. I was grateful for that to say the least.

I got a simple acrylic French tip a new set. Let me just lost the issues 1. The nails were NOT even and the lady filed the the nail some that one chipped. 2. The acrylic lapped over to my skin, just wasn't a very clean job 3. There was left over acrylic under my nails 4. They were rounded on edges ( i understand they have to buff them when you want square but this was not just a normal buff ) 5. The top gel / top coat came off days later. I was so unhappy that a few days later I went to another salon to get a whole new set.

Unprofessional! The guy who did my nails when he was done I felt like I had on fake nails or press on nails. I went back for the owner to see it and fix it. She was not there and the staff was rude to me. Everyone all of a sudden couldn't do nails. And the guy shouted to me as I was walking out" Next time call before you come " Am sorry they did fairly good work because of my location but after this am never going back.

My mother and I have been going to USA Nails for years. The only person that's done my nails is Tim. Julie does my pedicures. They're both amazing. Tim is very nice and takes his time to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want, and Julie does a wonderful job on my feet. As long as I live in Atlanta, I will continue to go back.
