USA Nails

I’ve come here several times now. The last 2 times I got the same lady and she has messed up my nails everytime. She seems to take creative liberty instead of doing what I asked. I keep coming back because the prices are so good but I’m not sure I can anymore. I got my engagement nails done and had to go to another place to get them fixed!

I normally have a great experience at USA nails but today no.. First let’s talk about my nails, from the nail bed they are to bulky on some. I asked for ballerina and this what I got. My toes was suppose to be French tip and idk what it is, he cut down on my toe nails too far to even create a French tip.. I been coming for years getting the same service and today it took a turn.. I pointed out the mistakes and I was told that everything looked right.. I’m disappointed cause I paid over 100 for my service and I normally tip but today no requirements wasn’t met..

Alice done my nail today ٫This was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The lady was rude, impatient, and clearly didn’t care about doing a good job. I told her several times I wanted my nails long — she cut them super short anyway and then said she couldn’t fix it! The color and shape are terrible. Total waste of money and time. Never going back here.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Everyone was rude from the moment I walked in. My nails came out crooked, and when I politely asked the technician to fix them, she got visibly upset and had an attitude the entire time. To make things worse, when I went to pay and handed her my card, she threw it back at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Horrible service overall. I will never return.
