USA Nails

I came in today to get a manicure pedicure and lashes done. I only left the two of those things. The lady and the man that did my nails were both frantic and uninterested. The lady seemed all over the place, and the man seemed very uninterested. The whole time I was there I felt like my service was being rushed. I was ready to leave what was supposed to be a relaxing experience just stressed me out even more. I was scared to give my nails back to the man, and I was ready for the lady to be done with my feet. My nails look like I’m trying to cosplay the alien from the movie fifth element. At the bottom is what I wanted and what I received. VIVIAN IS THE BEST! I was pressed for time and not only did she squeeze me in but she did the most beautiful job on my lashes. I had just had them done at another salon. Julie did my nails today. My sister recommended this location and the service was quick and professional. The staff were accommodating and helpful. I got a SNS w/tips and design and a deluxe pedicure. I love my nails they are so beautiful!

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I live in Philly, but when I come to Atlanta, I have to come see my girl Lulu. She is a fantastic nail technician; she listens to what you want and then executes your desires. The atmosphere of the salon is calming and the aesthetics of the salon is beautiful. I love the remodel of the space.

They usually do well, but this evening felt rushed. This is the result. I was cut and there's lint mixed in the polish. Overall sloppy job in general. I don't even know what to say. And they're too expensive for this Update: They guarantee their work for 7 days. I went back the next day and they fixed them at no cost.
