sincerely the worst nail salon i have ever been to. nails were cut & filed uneven, started peeling an hour after I left, the nail tech literally HURT me & was charged $20 just to remove my old nail polish. called them the next day & kindly asked for my nails to be fixed and was promised they would fix at no charge. got to the nail salon and the first person i spoke with looked at my nails and LITERALLYYYY SAID “who did this to you?” Because it was that bad. was then approached by multiple of the staff all telling me that I HAD to pay & there was nothing wrong with my nails. DOOOO NOTTTT GOOOO HEREEEEEEEE EVERRRR

Great service and they always do a fantastic job. They have enough staff that you almost never have to wait. They will even do your pedicure and manicure at the same time.

I had my nails done this afternoon around 6:39pm. I get acrylic with tips and gel polish. I get home and find one hand did not get cured enough. The top layer on one hand is peeling off and sticky underneath the first layer that is peeling off. It hasn't even been an hours since I got them done.

I went in with a friend to get our nails done. Our normal place was closed, so we decided to go here. I should have just waited the next day for our usual place instead. I went in wanting a full set with a medium/longer nail with black color. The lady didn’t talk to me. She used kid scissors to cut the nails down, and she cut them wayyy to short. They are not even at all and they are not coffin. I will NEVER come back to this place! What I wanted - versus what I got…
