I bring my daughter and wife here often and it’s always the same …visibly dirty staff in a gossip circle cursing and they will give you attitude if you interrupt by asking them to do their job. Don’t ask to speak to a manger! Or what I was told was the manager .She had a nasty attitude as well so I assume that’s where the staff gets it from she comes to work visibly dirty as well in pajamas and sits in the corner watching her phone I assume that’s the way to lead by example.

Had my last straw with this store. Yes the store is large and you can probably find what you need. But it is lacking in several areas. 1. Cleanliness- when you pull up to the store, plastered over the glass doors are 'mugshots' of people who are caught stealing. Walking inside you are greeted with boxes and junk by the entrance- forget a greeting by the workers. 2. Customer service- The workers are rude overall. They would rather gossip with each other instead of helping you. Bad attitudes. A majority of the items in the store have security locs on them. So you have to wander around the store to find a worker with a key to get the item for you to bring back to the register. I went and ask the young lady to get something from the racks and she was walking behind me to get it or so I thou

Well, ummmm, it's huge and has everything you would want and or need for your hair. However, before you enter read the door! They will stop you if you have a big purse! Lol I was STOPPED ✋🏽!!! Reading is fundamental, however, I didn't read the signs when I came in! I was just trying to get my hair and go! Lol I guess they have a lot of ppl stealing and so no big purses or bags are allowed in the store. But since Black Fox is no longer in service I went to this establishment. The man working and the darker skin woman working have a very GREAT customer friendly approach...They need to be your FRONT WORKERS!!! However, the very light skin, thin young lady stayed in her phone when I needed her assistance. If the phone is more important than the customer; stay home or work in the back. I still NEVER found what I asked for that she said was there, but it was NOT, so I got something else instead. Get off the phone as well as up off the stoop and walk over to assist!!! God forbid you ask for prices they seem annoyed, but there aren't any prices on a lot of the items in the store, so how are we to know??? Has a wide variety of products. The only thing I would suggest is adding more staff to assist the customers. Other than that great place to shop for all your hair care needs.
