US Xpress Dallas Terminal

This place is horrible. We have been stuck here since this storm started. They have not plow the yard or salt the area around. Its so dangerous walking just to get to the building. Its so slippery I only get out of my truck when I need to. But moving around in a truck is find. You can start to see the pavement but yet nobody can leave. Horrible management here. Three of the sinks in the bathrooms don't work. Washer machines don't work. You are lucky to have one out of the four to work. I will do my best not stay here for a reset.

I’m giving USXPRESS a five star boost because they come to work trying to make each individual, dreams come true. Their goals are to make you successful. Not every driver that comes to work likes to work. They don’t put effort into learning and striving. Other people blame the business for broken appliances. The truth is the driver leaders are behind work making it safe for you and keeping you moving. On another note; While unknown drivers deliberately continue to destroy the washers, dryers, TVs and other equipment not mentioned. Yet the company continues to provide for their employees. This place will only operate orderly when employees learn to respect their place of work, drive leaders and others. This is a great start for anyone looking to improve, growth and make their career

A billion dollar business without the means to replace 5 washers that don’t work is something I will never understand. They don’t even own the washers. It’s a simple matter of calling the company they leased the washers through and have them come and repair or change out the washers. Any business minded company that cares about those that drive for them would see the importance of drivers being able to come to this terminal and do something as simple as being able to wash their clothing so that they are neat and presentable while on the road. They are quick to tell you that Dallas is a high theft area. If so how about do all you can to prevent bob tailing to a local laundry mat so the truck isn’t stolen or a driver being road. What needs to happen in order for you higher ups to see that th

Do not do lease purchase at this company I have had so many problems regarding getting the title transferred to my name and they canceled my registration without even telling me so be warned

It's a decently big place altho a bit unorganized. Has decent accommodations for showers, laundry, a lounge to decompress and a gym. But don't expect everything to work. Things have and can breakdown with a list of things to get fixed that may take weeks before they are.
