US Nails & Spa

Unfortunately, only two people do a good job there. I was there last week and the new gentleman did a really bad job to my nails. The nail polish came off after two days on gel which is supposed last for two weeks. uneven nail polish and just bad over all. I feel that they are very careless about services. I kept going back as it is right around the corner from my house but I will give them a long break :/ I hope they improve their services and quality of work so their reviews get better and they continue to have more business. The technician with a tiger necklace mentioned that if my nails broke, I should come back for a fix. Unfortunately, when my nail broke on Sunday and another one started to unglue, the business was closed. I returned on Monday, July 7, and one of the staff members scheduled an appointment for me on July 8 at 4:00 PM. When I arrived, no one seemed to know why I was there. Afterward, I was asked to show my nails to several employees and was suggested to reschedule as if it were my fault. They even asked if my nails was done at U.S nails after! This experience was unusual for me, as I typically receive good service at U.S Nails. However, the blonde lady and the man with the tiger necklace clearly were not at their best that day, and my acrylics were not finished correctly. I do not have time

Horrible.... They don't know how to remove cuticles. Even though I was bleeding,they wiped my nails with acetone. (so painful!!) They also use old gel polish. check my photos. I can do better than these ladies.

Please ask for Tammy! She’s a Wonderful artist and can pull any design off ❤️
