No Stars at all for this salon! This visit was honestly the worst set of nails ever, you will see from the pictures that we requested one thing and received another. Asking for the color green tips and what we received were not the same at all. I do not believe in not paying, and even left a small tip, but wish I could take the tip back now after looking at these for the last couple of days they are horrid. Also, the person that was doing the nails...instead of speaking to ask which hand of movement that was needed next she would tap the equipment without using words as if training the client like an animal trainer would do.

I had heard and seen great things about this salon through friends. Had I only known that recently, there hadn't been good experiences. And being someone that searches reviews often, I did not look clearly yesterday. Started off with a great pedicure by a sweet little man in there. He told me he was finished and his wife would be over to paint my toenails. If you see in the photos she didn't even fully paint most nails. She was then my "nail artist." The last picture is what I showed her I wanted she said "no problem, I can do it." Look at other photos she did not. I wish I could show in pictures how bad they actually look. Super uneven. I have always came to this nail salon. They have always done a great job and have been very friendly. Well my opinion has changed after the service I just received. I went in for a French tip acrylic manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was fine and enjoyable, but I can’t say the same for my nails. The lady that did my nails was in a HUGE rush and they looked terrible. After getting outside and looking I had air bubble all in my nails because she rushed and used an old top coat. I went back in and showed her the bubble and she was practically yelling at me and she was pulling my hands. I told her she didn’t need to re do them I’d take a refund and be done and she would not let go of my hand. She began roughly grinding my nails and made me BLEED because she was being so harsh. Came for a pedicure on a slow day and called ahead. They soaked my feet for maybe three minutes rushed through the prep. Did a lazy paint job one that I didn’t want or ask for then once I spoke up that that’s not what I wanted when someone finally came back after painting my toes and disappearing, she said it’s my fault because I didn’t explain what I wanted. I showed her a picture and told her over five times. I wanted French tips instead of white, I want pink tip. as she continues to paint my whole entire nail pink and try to put a white line over it. Once she finally did what I asked for it looks horrible completed with an attitude. Not to mention online prices say 25 but it’s actually 30 plus $5 for “colored lines”.

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever. she was rough and almost ripped the nail off. There is a hair stuck in my nail. It was also $15 extra for chrome. Don’t waste your money.
