US Nails

I am not going to lie.. I was definitely a little apprehensive about going to this place because of the reviews,but it was the closest location to where I drop my son off in the evening.I actually enjoyed my experience.The location is very clean, the staff are friendly,I did not get cut nor have any blood,or any pain. I don't want to say this, because I feel like I found a hidden gem, but the pedicures are very affordable..it's $36 and it comes with the callus remover..I will definitely be returning.I'm so glad that I followed my instinct and tried this nail spa🙋🏾‍♀️👍🏾💯

I really like US Nails in Pikesville! They accept both walk-ins and appointments, which makes it super convenient. The prices are great, the service is excellent, and the salon itself is clean and comfortable. I had a good experience. I’ll definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Be careful when you go there. They'll rip you off for a couple of dollars. I was told my total would be $70. She tapped my card & the receipt printed. She said no need to sign. I asked to write in the tip. She said she couldn't do it but there's an ATM in the back & there's only a .50 surcharge. I did go to the ATM, but I deducted the .50 from my tip. I then realized after I get home that I was actually charged $71.75. There was a line that said $1.75 cash discount, which she never relayed to me there was discount for paying cash. So now, they're getting $2.25. Imagine if they do that for every client. Definitely getting over.

Very mixed results. Some technicians have made me and my wife bleed multiple times in the same visit despite communicating something was wrong. Some technicians are lovely, talented, and nice. We were in a rush and didn’t get names but yeah. 3 stars because it’s a dice roll based on who you get.

Tech #9!!! I should’ve read reviews before going and now I regret it because WOW 😖 I was delighted to come back here after top notch service last month. I made the mistake of going with a different tech and the difference in service was major. I told the tech I was in pain multiple times throughout my pedicure and told her leave my fourth digit on my right foot alone because she’d cut it so badly and it was a fight to get her to listen. During my gel manicure she tossed my hands roughly away when she wanted to switch hands …it was just really rude and off putting.
