US Nails II

I had high hopes for US Nails 2, especially after my first visit, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. This is my second set of nails from them, and both times I've faced issues with peeling. During my first visit, I had to go back for repairs because my nails started peeling off soon after getting them done. I thought it might have just been a fluke, so I decided to give them another chance. However, to my dismay, this second set began peeling the very next day! I returned for repairs again, but now they're peeling once more. Sadly, I won't be returning. It's frustrating to spend time and money on a service that doesn't hold up.

These people are very rude and nasty. They only have 1 or 2 people on hand that can actually do acrylics and designs and they are usually booked up. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where people know how to do nails. GIGI was my nail tech. She doesnt have time for rendering a decent customized service but is more accustomed to routine services that are simple. Get too complex and your going to need one of the booked up techs. This location should go appointments only.

This guy is amazing!!! My nails are so perfectly done I drove an hour and a half for this and I'm soooo glad I did! 😍😍😍 10/10 would recommend. They tell everyone to wash their hands when you come in. Did not have to wait but probably 5-8 minutes until someone saw me. I got a full set manicure with mood change polish, and pedicure. I was done in about an hour. He didn't rush and it's a wonderfully clean environment. 🤗 Thanks you guys!

Very disappointed with my service from this one nail tech the older gentleman don't know his name but he is the oldest one in there avoid if possible he damanged my nail bed so now I have to wait until they build up a little he filed the hell out them so they are very tender. Will return but will not let him near my nails again..

Did an amazing job on my nails. Even being busy I still had focus on my nails and them taking their time. Will continue to go to get my nails done here!
