Us Nails

This is thee worst nail experience I've ever had. I asked for white acrylic powder coffin nails and instead I got whatever shapes the tech felt like doing! I got 2 cuts on my cuticles. If you point out the flaws, they won't see them. They don't even clean up the mess on your skin. The pedicure was ok I guess. Even though they knew the nails were horrible and I was dissatisfied, no solutions were offered from the tech. Terrible service, will never go back. Update: less than 48 hours later, one of my acrylic nails fell off. I'm so upset!

I found a new place to get my nails completed!! They were so amazing!! The sin did such a great job!! The lady was so nice! They didn't even charge me a lot and I got gel nails taken off, and he shaped them into the coffin style. This was aweosme!! I love this place!!

Rushed job. The male employee did not clean around my cuticles. The paint job is smudged before I walked out. They don’t take the time to perform quality nail care. They just take your money and do whatever the want to your feet or nails. Will not be returning. This place has definitely fell out.

Very rude staff. I was looking for a nailery in the area and stopped by this place. I went in Saturday it was empty however there was a guy sitting there playing on his phone. I said oh wow are you getting ready to close he says no appointment only. I said okay before I could finish my sentence which was can I schedule an appointment he interrupts and says we’re full today no more appointments. He then turns his head back and continues on his phone while watching tv. Didn’t even attempt to see what day I would want to come back. I simply said I’ll take my money elsewhere and left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible. The best aspect was that I was seated in about 5 minutes, although in retrospect I spent about 2 and 1/2 hours there. The lady spent a lot of time trying to bump and shape my nails out which are still very bulky. I had to go home and file over her work to create a new shape, although this did not fix the thickness of the acrylic she put on. Also within a week my nails are already popping off and I am very low maintenance. I don’t work excessively with my hands so it could only be at fault of the nail technician. Would not recommend.
