Us Nails

I have attempted to come to this nail shop 3 times because its by my job. I just went in and asked for a cut down and they said they do not cut down acrylics nails. They do them but they don't cut them down???? I can see why the shop is always empty when I pass by.

I just moved to Cincinnati and this nail salon is next to my house so I thought I would try it. My nails look great, the salon is clean, my manicurist was friendly, but I paid $85 for a full set. Now I haven't had my nails done in a few years but I feel like $85 is a little extreme. Maybe I should have asked the price before I got the service but I just assumed it would be around 40 or $50.

I can’t say enough great things about Tammy at US Nail on North Bend! I’ve been going to her for two years for mani/pedi’s. I’ve received gift certificates as gifts to other establishments and I’m either not happy with the results or choose to give the certificate to someone else because Tammy is by far THE BEST! She’s extremely professional, kind, personable and she makes my nails absolutely beautiful. I’m constantly getting compliments on how great my nails look and have sent many people to Tammy. We all keep going back to her! 💕

Mother and daughter came here for a date. Older woman doing the pedicure was completely rude and did not want to work! not to mention she scraped the color off as she was putting my mothers foot down and didn’t paint the rest of the toenails fully. Ask for it be fixed and completely refused. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Go elsewhere! Salons are not good quality anymore. You’re better off doing your own nails or getting press ons. 1/10

Worst salon experience in 50 years. I took my granddaughter five years old to get first pedicure and RUDE LADY did her nails. The male was very nice, but lady in the wheelchair was Very rude.
