I had a bad experience at my last place and I was hopeful to try because there were some good pictures here. I will definitely never come back. The place was so dirty; I should have turned around when they sat me at an absolutely filthy table. The acrylic is done over the edges of my nail, but the paint doesn’t cover the whole nail! The edges of almost every nail has unpainted sections. The job looks really sloppy, some of the nails have little spiky bubbles in the gel, and I’m overall really embarrassed and disappointed. I’m an anxious person so I didn’t say anything and I just left, but I’m disappointed beyond belief and had to try not to cry. The color isn’t even close to what I asked for and I just am so sad.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few months mainly because of the convenient location but also because they’re one of the few places that can really file a a true almond shape! Sadly my go to person (Michelle) is no longer there BUT I decided to switch up shape (short coffin now) and give Phil a try. He’s GREAT! Takes his time and I enjoy the conversation in the meantime. I recommend scheduling an appointment with him, you’ll love the service!

I've been a long time customer here at Us Nails, since they practically first opened. Phil and his staff have always treated myself as well as EVERYONE else like your more than just a customer. They take very good care of you and since I'm differently able it's amazing to see that level of care and compassion at all anymore. Although they were busy they made sure you were attended to without rushing you through. Mike did a great job with my nail art and it was so impressive the amount of detail and skill he was able to do since my hands shake. They also have very low prices especially compared to everyone else. I've been not just a customer but over the years a friend. ATTENTION YOU WILL GET A NAIL INFECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have went to this location multiple times and this time I went and got a terrible full set. I got them done and felt terrible as soon as I left I called the manager and told him what happened within the hour I told him 2 nails popped off and the paint was chipping . He ask if I could come back in and he would personally fix them himself. I told him I could return the next day. Mind you I drove across town to go back to them. When I went back the next day he said oh no no no she will fix them it's ok and I told him I thought you where going to fix them for me. And he said I talked to her and she will fix.
