I came here to get my gel manicure taken off and they severely weakened my nails. The tech went a little too low filing off the polish and now my nails are super thin and brittle. I attached photos where you can see the difference between my healthy natural nail growing in and where they filed off the gel. My nails will recover, but it’s been a very painful process to deal with weak nails while they grow out.

Absolutely love getting my nails done at US Nail & Spa! The staff always takes their time, and they have a great selection of colors. I highly recommend asking for Thi—she’s AMAZING. Super fast but incredibly precise. My nails always look flawless, and I constantly get compliments. There’s hardly ever a wait—they attend to you as soon as you walk in. Plus, the prices are very affordable. This has been my go-to spot since I moved to Arlington, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Beyond Disappointed! They are trying to keep you and get the money . That’s all they want . Quality zero. They don’t know what they are doing . I showed them a pic of my nails that I did it last time and they said they can do it . They wasted my time and they ended up doing nothing . Everything was missed up . I just had to pay them and walk away. Customer service 0 . If you can’t do the job , then you should not expect to get paid . But we paid them since they act like they don’t understand English . After all , I had to just pay them and had them clean all my nails . Don’t waste your time and they are not the people you expect to do what you want . I love this nail salon. Both the old and new management were very sweet ppl. The new owners are very nice and polite. The customer service is great. They give you drinks, including wine, which I always get! Lol! They also give hand and neck massages afterwards. Alex and his wife is wonderful and do an excellent job every time! I don't like going to different nail shops to get them done. So when I find a good one, I'm a customer for life!

Beyond dissapointed but I should have just left once I realized they didn't know chrome which was what I really wanted!! I've been doing dip for over 2 years and never have I broken 2 nail in less than 4 days of getting them done. That doesn't include the other nails that also have chipped you can't see.... If the man had just stopped applying dip after 5 coats instead of filing them to where they would be this thin I'm sure I would be telling a different story. Word of advice if you have to wait a few extra days to visit your regular spot them wait othetwise you will likely be wasting $40 like I did..
