Decent store with an okay selection of hair and styling products; however I will NEVER return to this beauty supply store because of the behavior of the staff. The two male employees literally stand at the end of every aisle and stare you down, making it impossible to just browse the items. I told them twice that I was just looking around after finding what I needed, but they followed me around the entire time I was in the store. I tried to walk past one of the men and turned the corner to see the other one standing there, right next to him. I just bought what I needed and left ASAP. I'll just stick to Impress Beauty Outlet on E Main St; much nicer, cleaner store with plenty of products, a rewards program, and a much nicer staff.

The workers that work in there are very very friendly however when there is a long line they only have one cashier

I’ve been searching high and low for this product and then i visited is hair for the first time and met Marcine manager at this store and she went above and beyond to search for this product and had 2 for me the next day . IS hair definitely gained another customer .

They literally follow you around the ENTIRE TIME and it makes you not even want to shop there. I pointed out twice that them following me around made me uncomfortable, yet they continued. It makes shoppers not want to spend money at your business if treat them like criminals!! Don’t go here. Find a place that’s actually welcoming and has good customer service. You lost a potential loyal shopper and I hope this discourages even more shoppers.

First US Hair store I couldn’t exchange an unopened package, specifically a bonnet I bought a couple days before. I just wanted a different color. I didn’t realize the color advertised was not one in the package and that there’s a viewing window to see what’s inside. Will avoid this store in the future.
